by | Dec 7, 2022

This post is part of a series that goes over the basics of Wholesale Hub. If you’re new to selling wholesale, or just new to the Wholesale Hub app, you’re in the right place! Check out the rest of the series here.

The quick order form is a simple but powerful tool for wholesale businesses. In this post, we’ll go over what a quick order form is, how it functions in wholesale selling, and how it works in Wholesale Hub.

What is a quick order form and how does it work?

A quick order form is a form that enables a customer to add multiple products to their cart at once. Rather than click page by page to find the products they want, they will find all products on one form. From there, the customer simply adds the quantities they desire directly onto the form. Different quick order forms may function slightly differently, but the concept is pretty consistent. Check out this screenshot from Wholesale Hub’s demo store to see an example of a quick order form:

Why would a wholesale business offer a quick order form?

Quick order forms make buying so efficient! Wholesale customers tend to order the same products over and over, so they don’t always need to view detailed product pages. A quick order form allows the customer to rapidly enter the quantities they want all in one place. This creates an easier, quicker buying experience, which produces happier customers who will want to buy more from you!

How do quick order forms work in Wholesale Hub?

Wholesale Hub’s quick order form uses a “Quick Order” collection to populate products. By default, all visible products with a price greater than $0 are included in this collection, but merchants have the ability to modify the collection conditions. This makes it super easy to manage! The form automatically populates from the collection.

In order to make the quick order form available to customers, its URL must be added to your store’s navigation. Alternatively, you can share the URL of the form directly with your customers by email.
